Mark Cullinane is the president of Local Marketing Solutions at Data Axle. He brings a track record of success in results-focused leadership and business development. Before Data Axle, Cullinane was senior vice president and general manager of digital at Publishers Clearing House. He also has held senior executive roles at digital advertising, consumer internet, gaming, and technology companies. He joined Data Axle in 2019.
Cullinane graduated from the United States Coast Guard Academy as valedictorian and received his masters of business administration from Harvard Business School.

Jessica Jones is the vice president and general manager of Data Axle USA. She assumed the position in February 2020. Jones first joined Data Axle in October 2005 as a sales account executive. Other positions she’s held at Data Axle include sales manager, sales training manager, and operations manager. Prior to Data Axle, she worked for the Nebraska City Chamber of Commerce and served as director of tourism for Otoe County, Nebraska.
She attended Bellevue University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in communication arts and a Master of Arts degree in managerial communication. Jones has four children. In her free time, she likes to make homemade cards and scrapbook.

Brian Wagner is a general manager at Data Axle. He’s been with the company since October 2003. He leads Data Axle USA’s marketing services team to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns and ongoing campaign management including direct mail, email, data enhancement, paid search, and display campaigns.
Wagner previously served as director at APAC Customer Services, national vendor manager at USN Communications, and account manager at ITI Telemarketing. He earned a degree in business administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Director of Business Development, Data Axle USA
Mike Witkowski is director of business development at Data Axle USA. He was appointed to the position in October 2019. Witkowski’s career with Data Axle started in January 1997 and spans over 20 years. His previous positions have included sales manager and general manager of various divisions including church lists, medical information, and national accounts.
Witkowski earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in corporate finance and banking and financial markets from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He is an avid sports fan and classic car enthusiast. He has one child, a daughter.

Jeremy Williamson started as a sales representative for Data Axle USA. He’s been with the company 10 years, now serving as a sales manager. He leads a team of sales reps and support staff to assist customers with their data and marketing solution needs.
Williamson said Data Axle USA was his first and only job right out of college. He attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
